    Description

    Position Purpose:

    Coordinar la recolección, entrega y relocalización de activos por medio del manejo adecuado de proveedores de transporte.

    Major / Key Accountabilities:

  • Dar seguimiento y monitoreo a proveedores asignados en la recolección, entrega y relocalización semanal de activos
  • Manejar la base de datos de recolección de los clientes
  • Desarrollar rutas de recolección y entrega.
  • Desarrollar indicadores
  • Servicio al cliente
  • Seguimiento a cobertura de recolección, entrega y relocalización.
  • Seguimiento a volumen de recolecciones.
  • Disponibilidad de comunicación fuera de horarios de oficina

  • Recolecciones en tiempo (Fecha planeada/Fecha real de recolección)
  • Entregas y relocalizaciones en tiempo (Fecha planeada/Fecha real de entrega)

  • Conocimiento de Excel Avanzado, Word, Power Point, hojas de cálculo, tablas dinámicas, macros
  • SAP, BW y Blue Yonder o TMS (deseable)

    • Languages Essential
