    Role and Responsibilities

    The Site & Email Marketing Coordinator to Dockers will be a key member of the Dockers digital team, overseeing all operations related to owned ecommerce and Dockers' presence on 3rd party ecommerce sites across Latam giving support on product roadmap evolution for sites. This position will also lead DTC omnichannel initiatives across regions. Working together with 3rd party providers as well as internal LS&Co. teams will be key to delivering continuous improvement of the end-to-end consumer experience across our digital channels and omnichannel.

  • This position will play a key role to set up the operational pillars and foundations to keep on developing e-Commerce channels and boost Digital transformation for Dockers.
  • Oversee day to day operations and seek improvement opportunities with front end ecommerce operations (PDP content management, site performance, etc.) for E-comm.
  • Conduct site merchant day to day responsibilities (e.g., navigation, category management, product management, taxonomy, reviews, assortment sorting)
  • Oversee day to day operations and seek improvement opportunities with back-end ecommerce operations (fulfillment & distribution, payment management & fraud detection, customer service, etc.) for E-comm.
  • Maintain and optimize assortment data in backend tools, ensure product feed is accurate and is reflected correctly on site.
  • Advises the merchant team on potential assortment enhancements thru understanding of current trends, competitive assortment gaps, and by reviewing site and other analytics.
  • Partners with merchants and planners to maximize inventory, ensuring in-stock position to support marketing and web features; develop strategies to address underperforming inventory.
  • Manage PDP content upload/maintenance process, perform site audits, reporting & analytics for Dockers' presence on 3rd party ecommerce sites.
  • Manage a wide range of Dockers ecommerce and omnichannel projects from end to end, including turning on new sites, site upgrades, new DTC omnichannel capabilities, new integrations, etc.
  • Accountable optimizing across performance / service and cost management, including metrics such as site conversion, site uptime, CSAT, % of products live on site, cost per transaction.
  • Help shape the future strategy for Dockers ecommerce and omnichannel. Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required - specialization in business, operations or e-commerce preferred
  • 3+ years of work experience across e-commerce product & operations Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing an ecommerce product roadmap will be a plus
  • Experience across both front end and back-end operations components with deep expertise in at least one of the two areas
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms/tech stacks broadly, with preference for prior experience with the Vtex or Shopify platform and ecosystem
  • Project management experience and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize workloads
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical/data driven decision-making skills
  • Experience with agile work processes and a 'test and learn' mentality
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience building relationships and partnering across 3rd party and internal teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve current fulfillment, customer service, back and front-end operations among others
  • Experience in apparel or other branded consumer goods preferred FULL TIME/PART TIME
