In your role, you will:

  • Administrate portfolio activities related to invoicing, price discrepancies and contract adherence
  • Work closely with internal and external vendors/stakeholders to resolve all quality notifications related to parts received
  • Communicate timely information to the customer, contact internal and external Bombardier suppliers and escalate as needed to achieve best solution to meet the customer demand / flight schedule
  • Communicate with logistic / freight companies for delivery of customer unit
  • Update backorder database (COMMIT)
  • Update the customer order in SAP if changes are required
  • Clear vendor invoice disputes
  • Work on Salesforce to open and close cases, search owners and operators, SRPSA reviews, etc.
  • Communicate fluently in English to customers and suppliers
  • Meet required targets or KPIs regarding output, quality, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Logistics or Industrial Management
  • You have 13 years sales/customer relations experience, or equivalent work experience
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English
  • You have the ability to multitask
  • You have the ability to meet expectations while working to meet specific deadlines
  • You have basic knowledge of principles and processes necessary to provide excellent customer and personal services including needs assessment techniques, quality service standards, alternative delivery systems, and customer satisfaction evaluation techniques
  • You have skills in listening to internal and external customers and asking appropriate questions so as to gain information
  • You have general knowledge of the commodity packages (ML training)
  • You have aircraft support experience (an asset)
  • You have basic ability to read and interpret contracts (an asset)
