Team Overview:

  • KYC Supervisor will help organizations reduce their risk exposure by verifying the identities of new customers. Possesses excellent analytical skills
  • We are looking for a responsible supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facility. The position is complex. It won't just be someone who oversees the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for advising, solving problems, and serving as a liaison between subordinates and upper management.
  • The objective will be to ensure that operations are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct KYC process.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their delegated roles or tasks
  • Monitor employee productivity and offer feedback and advice
  • Maintain record of hours worked and personnel records
  • Transmit information from the management team to employees and vice versa
  • Prepare and send performance reports
  • Decide on bonuses and promotions based on performance
  • Hire and train new employees
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and take disciplinary action if the need arises

Role Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 1+ year of leader support
  • Advanced English
  • Critical thinking
  • Facilitator in solving problems raised by the team
  • Work as key contract with other areas
  • Empower the team, help improve the performance of the team and even the entire business team
  • Identify opportunities in efficiency and quality optimization when leading the respective areas
  • Act as important Disseminator of DiDi Culture
