    Job Summary:

    • tier tech talent, with a focus on positions such as Java Programmers, Software Development Engineers. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation.

    Responsibilities:


    • Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to develop and refine interview processes, ensuring alignment with position requirements.
    • Craft compelling job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and company culture.
    • Utilize various platforms for job postings and implement marketing strategies to attract top tech talent.
    • Work closely with company executives to understand tech talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
    • Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, highlighting key performance indicators.

    Qualifications:


    • English speaking MUST
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 35 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on roles such as Java Programmers, Software Development Engineers.
    • Good understanding of technical skills, programming languages, and frameworks relevant to the software development industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
    • Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, team members, and external partners.
