_A family-owned and _rapidly growing _metal building manufacturing company is seeking a _
HIGHLY EXPERIENCED_ Bilingual Marketing Coordinator _to join our team We have opened a new Sales office in the Monterrey Metropolitan area to provide Sales for the US market.

The Bilingual Marketing Coordinator will be a key part of this new initiative. _

  • This individual will work alongside our VP of Sales & Marketing to develop our marketing strategies and implementation of such strategies. This individual will manage all of our social media and content development. Strong background in social media content _development _is required. Strong experience in interpreting analytics and developing strategies based on these findings. Graphic design and digital content creation is a must. _

Job Requirements:

  • Five years experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media
  • Marketing degree or equivalent background
  • Excellent English speaking and writing capabilities
  • Digital content creation and webpage development and management (Wordpress)
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing analytics to include social media platforms
  • Thorough understanding of CRMs and how they tie into analytics

This full-time,

The base salary is
$25,000 monthly.

Organization:_They must be highly organized to carry out multiple tasks and efficiently manage the executive's schedule and commitments.

Effective communication:_ They must have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as they often handle correspondence and communication with clients, partners, and other team members.

Multitasking:_Executive assistants often have a variety of tasks ongoing simultaneously, so they must be able to prioritize and manage their time effectively.

Problem-solving skills:_ They should be able to address problems and challenges effectively and find quick solutions.

Empathy:_ Being empathetic and understanding the needs and preferences of the executive they assist is important for providing excellent service.


Work Hours will be:


Monday thur Friday 8:30am to 5pm _Eastern Time Zone._

(7:30am to 4:30pm Monterrey time).


Saturday 8:30am to 12pm _Eastern time zone._

(7:30am to 11:00am Monterrey time).


Pay:
From $25,000.00 per month
