As a Product Development Chemist, you will support the completion of 2 strategic projects of the Traffic Solutions business.

You will report to S&T Product Development Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Follow up on scaleups and production batches.
Work as a team with production and quality to ensure the good performance of the technologies.
You will evaluate raw materials for manufacturing cost efficiencies.
You will Identify improvements and changes to adapt formulas to the regional market.
Production support.
Provide results of the projects in which they collaborate, ensuring that the goals are met within the established deadlines.
Learn and demonstrate the use of coatings terminology, standard operating procedures and equipment related to individual jobs/projects. Seek knowledge of new technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
Fluent English.
2+ years of experience in waterbased and solventbased liquid painting techniques.
Handle paint evaluation laboratory equipment (viscometers, mechanical stirrers, dispersers, potentiometer, spectrophotometer, tensiometer, weathering) and chemicals.
