Production Support - Sailpoint Engineer

_Role Purpose_:

Cybersecurity - Identity & Access Management is a key pillar in cybersecurity that works as global engineering and development team providing IAM technology & solutions for HSBC.

Team support & develop many of the Bank's most critical IAM infrastructure services including Active Directory, Privileged Access Management and Access Governance and aim to provide high-quality, automated and self-service solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to Engineering IAM solutions to improve the service
Supporting & providing technical guidance.
Problem solving: Identify potential problems, raise with development, build solutions & lead resolution efforts.
Consulting with end users requesting integration and product enhancements.
Provide guidance on multiple IAM Sailpoint tracks in the bank like JML, Application Onboarding, Access Reviews, SOD Policies.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders & management to understand the business driver,
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Sailpoint product in the team.
Understand & implement security controls & process required in IAM Team.
Knowledge on Service Now support.

Requirements

Expert knowledge in Sailpoint IIQ. Indepth Knowledge on JML, Application onboarding along with all the capabilities with SailPoint.
Handson support experience on multiple Sailpoint.
Experience with AD, LDAP, ADLDS, Databases.
Selfdriven & a person who takes complete ownership of their endtoend task delivery with mínimal guidance & supervision.
Good team player who can collaborate with team members across the globe.
Effective communication skills to work with multiple team members & stakeholders.
