Requiremets:


  • Technician or Degree in Systems Engineering, Administration, Robotic, Electronic or similar.
  • English level: Native or Advanced English
  • Workplace: Remote
  • We are looking for a good experience working as L1 Support on service desk, call centers, infraestructure, etc.

Skill:


  • At least 3 or 6 months handling Tier 1 support calls for foreing users.
  • Guiding callers through problem resolution
  • Managing open tickets
  • Escalating when appropriate and sharing insights and information to fellow team members.
