Requiremets:
- Technician or Degree in Systems Engineering, Administration, Robotic, Electronic or similar.
- English level: Native or Advanced English
- Workplace: Remote
- We are looking for a good experience working as L1 Support on service desk, call centers, infraestructure, etc.
Skill:
- At least 3 or 6 months handling Tier 1 support calls for foreing users.
- Guiding callers through problem resolution
- Managing open tickets
- Escalating when appropriate and sharing insights and information to fellow team members.
