About the Role:
The Jobholder will be the support of the NGSC O2C Process Lead (O2C Head) to bring to the next level O2C to provide beneficial solutions accurate of a 4th Generation Shared Services, automating O2C our business models, turning the manual work to digital using Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Software Robots and Machine Learning
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The Manager responsibilities encompass the vision to achieve the Credit Risk, Collection and TCM goals for the countries that are under its cluster (Canada, Colombia, Argentina and Mexico)
- Is responsible for the review of the execution of the E2E credit risk process including the process of assessing and managing the risks associated with granting credit to our customers by assessing the customer's credit worthiness and taking into account each country's economic and political risks that affect the customer's ability to pay.
- Also, assures that the collection, treasury, cash management and payment activities are accomplished based on monthly targets, dates and obligations being responsible for the E2E cash collection processes limiting past dues and thus maximizing cash flow through an efficient cash management process.
- Is responsible for recruiting a team of professionals with the proper coaching and developing as well as creating a team environment that emphasis the Novartis Values and Behaviors. Thought leadership, continuous improvement attitude, system utilization and ability to manage team members is able to implement E2E O2C and TCM processes.

Role Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5+ years of experience within Finance, as Financial/Business Controller, Finance Manager, CFO Jr. preferable with some experience in O2CxD
- Innovative & Analytical Technologies Financial Decision Making and Trade-Off Analysis / Risks & Ops Mgmt. Productivity Management Analytical Thinking and Financial Modeling Solution Driven and Pragmatic Financial Service Delivery Financial Planning, Forecasting and Benchmarking (P&L/Balance Sheet/ Cashflow)
- Experience in Shared Service Center environment will be highly valued
- SAP Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
