Position:
Mechanical Design Engineering Supervisor

Location:
Tijuana, Mexico

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of mechanical design engineers in the development of pump and dredge equipment designs.

Manage all aspects of the engineering team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Ensure that all designs meet engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, sales, and marketing, to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

Oversee the design process from concept to production, including prototyping, testing, and validation.

Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish.

Pay:
$80, $120,000.00 per month
