Position Summary:
The IT Expert is responsible for the operational support, administration, implementation and further development of our ThinClient Management or DigitalSignage Infrastructure Services.
Your Responsibilities:
- The IT Expert will lead projects and perform daily operational tasks according to ITIL standard processes.
- Perform system design, configuration, end device standardization, introduction, maintenance and support of ThinClient management or DigitalSignage infrastructure systems, such as
- Lenovo/Dell or Tizen based ThinClient or DigitalSignage Client Managment systems
- IGEL OS and Enterprise Management
- Microsoft Cloud/M365 Services
- Responsible implementation of customer requirements and use cases including all technical and organizational steps.
- Further development inclusive integration with the entire IT architecture.
- Compliance and KPI Reporting
Your Qualifications:
- University or Completed education degree of computer science
- 2+ years of experience (including coop/internship experience) in the IT field encompassing a majority of the following areas.
- Citrix Virtual Desktops and Apps, Windows Server, VMWare Hypervisor technology, Microsoft Operating Systems, Active Directory
- General knowledge of IT service desk concepts, best practices, and commonlyused procedures
- Proven ability to diagnose performance issues and tune system performance, in addition to strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- English language skills (Proficient Speaker)
