    Job Title Buyer DME & CMFG

    Reports to Sr Supervisor Purchasing Operations

    Department HBP Global Indirect Procurement

    Job Location Guadalajara

    Summary

    This position has responsibility for approval of Guided Buying requests based in Global Procurement Policy; this position support areas such as Trade MKT , MKT & Co-Manufacturers areas in different Hershey locations.

    Job description to include but not be limited to:

  • Investigate and resolve purchase order issues in SAP.
  • Solve blocked invoices discrepancies to final purchase order closure.
  • Interface with a broad range stakeholders throughout the organization to coordinate the entire purchase cycle requirements analysis, delivery scheduling, accounts payable, relationships with suppliers, working with areas such as trade MKT and MKT.
  • CMFG Purchase order creation based on requisitions submitted through Guided Buying for designated plants of CMFG, provide maintenance as required to purchase order including the resolution of blocked invoices or execute change orders as required by the business.
  • BPM ́s fulfillment to ensure the safety and quality of our products.*
  • Knowledge, fulfillment and maintenance of EHS requirements applicable to the role*
  • Responsibilities:

    DME Mexico

    Approve Guided Buying purchasing requests based on requisitions MKT.

    DME Canada

    Approve Guided Buying purchasing requests based on requisitions MKT.

    CMFG

    Approve Guided Buying purchasing requests from co-manufacturing plants.

    Minimum knowledge and skills

  • 100% English (spoken, writing and reading) Certificate High
  • Intermediate or equivalent in other certificates as TOEFL, IELTS, VPA, etc
  • *BE Food Safety Certification
  • Experience with SAP ERP or SAP 4 HANA systems.
  • Proven experience in managing customer expectations.
  • Experience working in a Business Service environment.
  • Support and coordinate remote activities performed in Regional offices.
  • Excellent relationship builder and communicator with proven leadership and motivation ability.
  • Project Management and Lean six sigma experience is an advantage.
