    Job Overview

    The Analyst I, Data (SQL) plays a crucial role in extracting and integrating data from various sources to ensure data integrity. This involves working with tables mirrored from source transactional systems, which require additional technical oversight for user-friendly descriptions and connections.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Developing complex SQL queries and creating analysis-ready data sets for cross-functional and complex data analysis tasks.
    2. Writing Store Procedures and employing statistical methods and modeling on a regular and ad-hoc basis.

    Qualifications

    • Familiarity with Relational Models, Data Warehouse/Lake methodology, and experience with databases/workspaces like SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, and Database design structure.
    • Ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Experience with Business Intelligence applications such as Power BI, MicroStrategy.
    • Intermediate skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with structured or semi-structured data.
    • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in fast-paced environments both independently and in teams.
    • Knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques: Classification Analysis, Cluster Analysis, Regression Analysis, Anomaly Detection, etc.
    • Proficient in discovering actionable information from large datasets and deriving patterns and trends.
    • Familiarity with Herbalife's Marketing Plan, compensation structure, and business models.

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, statistical model development, business administration/analysis, or related fields.
    • 2+ years of experience with complex data analytics, writing queries, and coding in SQL.

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
