Collaborate with one of our business partners, a leading regional sales and marketing solutions company entrusted with building brand value for clients and customers, as a part of their finance/accounting department.

Required Qualifications:

Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
24 years of accounting experience.
Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is a plus
Microsoft Excel including Vlookups and Pivot tables.
1 year + of customer service or data entry experience or previous accounting experience doing similar work as described
Selfmotivated and strong attention to detail, good work ethic
Excellent communication skills being able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written
Experience working with US Clients
Business Level English

Responsabilities:

Support monthly and yearend financial close, including journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and accruals.
Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
Prepare documentation for external auditors
Responding to audit information requests
Work closely and collaborate with the finance team on a daily basis
Fixed Assets reconciliations
Bank Account reconciliation
Credit Card reconciliations
Analyze and summarize general ledger account information and financial trends
Other ad hoc accounting/finance department work and duties assigned from time to time
