Your day-to-day as an UX Design Lead

Lead a team of designers, encourage best practices in process and methodology and deliver against business KPIs and customer needs
Lead UX efforts within your crossfunctional team, including design sprints, ideation sessions, strategy, planning, participating in delivery and presenting effectively to stakeholders
Coach team to use established design system, style guides, patterns and assets in the creation of UX deliverables
Have an exquisite eye for aesthetics and rich engaging marketing UX experiences
Contribute and lead key priority UX projects in a contributor role
Actively contribute to the wider UX community, leveraging your strengths to help others grow

What you need to bring as an Backend Developer

Experience in leading, growing and inspiring highly talented and productive UX teams is required
Complete UX skillset with a proven ability to deliver across products, platforms and mobile apps is required
Financial or FinTech service experience is highly preferred
Familiarity and experience with standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Miro, Microsoft Office, Slack, Jira
A Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in the study of user experience, design, research or related fields is preferred but not required

Language requirement

Proficient (B2: Upper-Intermediate) in both written and spoken English
