Provide support in the maintenance and improvement of daily activities to meet business objectives, as well in the implementation of improvement projects assigned to business units and increase the level of service to internal, external customers, also implementing Manufacturing Engineering techniques.

Maintain and improve the technical sheets of parameters applicable to the assigned area.

Maintain and improve the drawings of the processes applicable to the assigned area such as:
Packaging, transfer, machining, palletizing drawings, etc. Provide support in updating risk matrices. Keep the layout applicable to your area updated to improve space and material flow. Keep the Work Standard of the assigned area updated through FORM-ING-39 "Work Standard".

Responsible for monitoring engineering changes in the ECO/ECR platform and evaluating them through Risk evaluation of engineering changes Review that project information is complete for the generation of drawings required for the project.

Create Mode and Effects Analysis - PFMEA. Carry out rework instructions whenever required by the operation. Attend Technical Queries about products and processes. Attend and provide follow-up to meetings called by internal and external customers. Manage resources and tools for project implementation.

Carry out activities and projects to drive business innovation by participating with internal multidisciplinary teams and clients Undertake innovation projects that provide new practices in the area.

Identify improvement opportunities supported by KPI performance. Execute improvement and innovation projects, including automation, in processes to increase Levels of quality, productivity, safety and customer service. Reduce costs and waste to achieve stipulated goals for the department through Lean activities and automation.

Experiência y requisitos

Minimum experience of 3 years as a manufacturing engineer. BS Industrial, chemical, electromechanical, Aerospace or mechatronic engineering (BS degree mandatory)

Knowledge of ERP systems Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools. Autocad,Office/ Google sheets/Google slides, ERP, Minitab Project management software (Smartsheet,Microsoft Project) Experience in IATF-16949:2016 (mandatory) Experience AS9000 (desirable) Experience ISO13485 (desirable) USA Visa (desirable) Conversational english (mandatory)
