    Digital Marketing Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

    This role requires hands-on expertise in digital campaign execution, including paid social, content syndication, and programmatic display media. The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative mindset and be able to use data to drive decisions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to generate demand and drive measurable growth through digital channels.
    • Build and manage paid campaigns across paid social, content syndication, and programmatic display media channels.
    • Ensure consistent naming conventions and accurate ad tracking across all channels and vendors.
    • Partner with our design agency to produce best-in-class ads and landing pages that support campaign goals.
    • Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide insights, recommendations, and takeaways to help drive business growth.

    Requirements:

    • 1-3 years of experience in data-driven digital marketing or performance marketing.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF.
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    Basic Qualifications:

    • High attention to detail and ability to foresee and resolve issues.
    • Strong quantitative skills for data-driven decision-making.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
