- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT innovation, technology consulting, or related field.
- Experience managing a team of technical experts.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on businesses.
- Expert / Strong Background in new technologies (AI highly desirable)
- Strong business acumen and ability to apply current development in technology to business problems in order to deliver sustainable value.
