    F ormula for Success:

    • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts

    • Generating reports

    • Research and creates presentations

    • Organizing and setting up meetings

    • Taking minutes of the meeting and sharing the follow up actions

    • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

    • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

    • Supporting the Leadership members for special projects

    • Manage expense reports

    • Supporting the Marketing and the Sales teams with specific data entry

    • Assist with audit(s)

    • Provide guidance on Shared Service Center process

    • Complete monthly Value Added Taxes report

    Ingredients for Success:

    • Min 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

    • College degree

    • Proven admin or assistant experience

    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational and planning skills

    • Proficient in MS Office
