Who you are:

  • You are an adept salesperson, capable of engaging in businesslevel and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization, including CEO, COO, and CFO.
  • You have experience working with large midmarket companies, as well as enterprise organizations.
  • You have an indepth understanding of the buyer journey and can lead a complex, multiparty sale in a highly consultative manner.
  • You build value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge.
  • You are naturally analytical and enjoy digging into business models and helping customers quantify their investment decision.
  • You get excited about prospecting, and are capable of independently leading a sales cycle from start to finish.
  • You enjoy to actively participate in the development of our sales process, the articulation of our value proposition, and the creation of key tools and assets.

In your first 30 days, you will:

  • Become the main point of contact for sales for your assigned target market.
  • Gather selfgenerated leads to build a solid and profitable portfolio.
  • Manage and develop given portfolios to successfully increase billings.
  • Cold call to set up meetings with potential customers to prospect new business.
  • Negotiate the terms and conditions of the agreement to close sales.
  • You will propose scalable buyer journeys
  • You will thrive in this role if you are a positive thinker who can adapt and be flexible to challenging and unexpected scenarios.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar
  • 2+ year of sales experience, preferably at a SaaS company, with a track record of top performance
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp highly technical topics
  • Ability to work independently, with an ambition to improve existing processes
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action
  • You should be passionate about your job and enjoy a fastpaced international working environment.
  • Love for problem solving, maintaining a solutionoriented approach with an analytical mindset
  • Fluent Spanish, and advanced English
