Currently we are looking for our next: HR Sr Supervisor


Which is the main objective of this role?


Plays a critical role as a Business Partner with the ability to understand business objectives by examining, establishing and influencing new approaches to achieve continuous improvements in business objectives, productivity and the development of talent at the individual and team levels within the company.


Lead and manage the development of the HR strategy for contro and reporting (Value Chain Control) areas in the organization by working closely with the teams, responsible for planning, controlling and coordinating the Human Resources initiatives.


Qualifications

What will you be doing?

  • Support people agenda of Value Chain Control by partnering with control and sales hr leaders in México
  • Adress VCC needs through projects development along with specialist areas
  • Ability to effectively design and lead various projects with a solid focus on appropriate solutions in an environment that requires working independently
  • Partner with business leaders to assess talent pipeline, develop and execute appropriate actions to ensure succession plans for critical roles
  • Ensure continuous development and advancement of employees in partnership with the Talent Management team
  • Develop, lead and execute team strategies to improve organizational Health and culture, guaranteeing a high level of employee commitment
  • Excellence Execution of the main processes of Humnan Resources for VCC Area. (Acquire, New Hire, Personnel ́s Movements and Separation ́s).

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree required; major in Industrial/Labor Relations, Human Resources Management, psychology, or other related field preferred
  • 23 Years experience in Human Resources as a Generalist or HRBP (essential).
  • Advance Business English


  • Excellent communication Skills

  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skill and have the ability to present his/her point of view in varied business situation
  • Effective networking skills with different levels of the organization
  • Ability to coordinate multiple agendas and aligning various stakeholders with the function
  • Ability to problem solve and translate concepts into actions
  • Ability to translate strategical concepts into actionable items focusing on HR core areas
