- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in packaging.

The Managing Director of Mexico in our Home Care Industrial Business Unit at Graham Packaging will act as the General Manager for our operations in the region leading 4 plants and a team of 11 direct and dotted line reports. This role reports to the Business Unit (BU) President and has responsibility for strategic leadership, operational oversight, financial management, and driving the company's commercial growth and success within Mexico.
