Responsibilities:

Responsibility

Fulfill production program.

1.1 Following safety procedures, minimizing the risks of work.

1.2 Coordinate to the group of technical production, assigning shifts, machines and daily and monthly for standard production.

1.3 Promote and ensure attendance at training courses and meetings in which technical personnel are scheduled.


1.4 Manage multiple skills program (training and technical evaluation of the production staff, as well as the file of evidence that supports the skills of technical staff of production).

1.5 Ensure the proper use of materials and components used for production.

1.6 Review compliance with the roles and shifts the area of production and payrolls report generated incidents.

1.7 Ensure obtaining of human resources in quantity and time to meet customer requirements.


1.8 Coordinate assistance of the staff areas (quality, maintenance, process, store etc.) to resolve any situation that may affect safety, product quality and timely delivery of finished product.

Process engineering.

2.1 Define the process parameters to optimize productivity and product quality.

2.2 Maintain updated process parameters in the Quality Management System.


2.3 Assist in the production lines when processes are generating defective product looking for the solution to the problem originates.

2.4 Check of Standard Operating Procedures (POEs) / OPI's.

2.5 Coordinate and make prototypes for new development (in coordination with Product Engineer) to define the new process parameters.

Fulfil quality, ecology and security norms.


3.2 Safeguard their physical integrity and that of his team members to promote the correct use of safety equipment assigned (Full).

3.3 Active participation in the equipment Security System.

3.4 Following safety procedures, minimizing the risks of work.


3.5 Immediately notify members of the Integrated Manufacturing Unit any situation that endangers the safety, product quality and the objectives of waste and defective.

Equipment maintenance.


4.1 Prepare your equipment, check the equipment and / or tools to ensure they are in good condition and safety start.

4.2 Perform autonomous maintenance beginning of each turn.


4.3Being 100% responsible for reporting flaws in equipment maintenance technician and Maintenance Engineer, using the record keeping and signing of receipt when the equipment is in working condition.


4.4 Coordinate members from all areas, report and verify the goals of productivity, quality, cleanliness and environmental commitments are met.

Product quality.

5.1 Ensure compliance with quality objectives by strict implementation of policies, procedures and quality plans.

5.2 Active participation in troubleshooting equipment quality.

5.3 Strict implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs / OPI's) of each workstation.

5.4 Train all staff of the area or production cell in the proper use of equipment, procedures and operations.

Continuous improvement.

6.2 Participation in the programs to reduce energy consumption and reducing costs accessories.

6.3 Emit improvement ideas.

6.4 Maintain neat, clean and identified all areas of work. Cleaning at end of turn.


Qualifications:

Education:
Industrial Engineer, mechanical Engineer, Electromechanics Engineer,

Professional Experience:
From 5 to 7 years of experience in automotive industry


Language:
English (deseable)
