Procurement Specialist.

You will have the opportunity to become part of a thriving and motivated department, where you can challenge yourself by managing a versatile and comprehensive position with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Provide daily procurement operation service in dedicated areas (countries, categories) in line with relevant processes and procedures, and contribute to team goals described in KPIs
Ensure compliance throughout indirect procurement operations in dedicated areas influence endusers into compliance, always keeping the 'usereasiness' and 'userfriendliness' in mind
Actively identify areas for catalog coverage extension, cooperatate with relevant stakeholders on catalogs implementation as well as effectively engage of end users to ensure increasing of usage
Ensure use of Danfoss preferred, strategic and approved suppliers in accordance to Supplier Portfolio Strategy; feedback on Category Strategy, vendor base, vendor performance; run projects within dedicated buying category as per agreement with the business strategy
Understand procurement systems and processes indepth; have expertise to efficently handle procurement operation service
In close cooperation with Focus Area act as a trainer for other team members; provide regular trainings for end users to enhance their capabilities and accountability for high quality input and complience

Background & Skills:

Bachelor Degree
Fluent in english
Knowledge in procurement, legal, customer service, accounting, logistics
Communication skills and good analitical skills
Knowledge in Microsoft Office
