General Activities

Industrialization of new production lines in all plants involved for a given program.
Coordinate and lead the PFMEA methodology during the program phase with the active participation of TEEs. Ensure the implementation of the actions and their transfer to the plant before the MPT.
Industrial Performance: define, track and maintain industrial performance indicators: MOD Headcount and Work Content, Scrap Process Rate, Process Capabilities, Capability Status and Process Cycle Time, including TRS Tracking, Rework, Material Yield, Release Costs.
Optimize program investment through reuse, clustering, massing, etc. Develop, update and monitor detailed program investment list, submitting CAR request and approval tracking.

Technical Skills

Interior Technologies, Premium covering, Manual gluing, Drying oven, Seam alignment, Press covering, Die press and Cooling
Post Processing (US Welding, Vib Welding, PKY, Assy, weakening by laser, weakening by milling)
Perform PFMEA from scratch
Build, update & monitor the complete program industrial timing plan sing MS-Project or Excel.
