**_SOURCE TO PAY LEADER Definition Responsible for supervising the whole process of Sourcing to Pay and related activities. The S2P Leader must set and ensure the achievement of the Goals, encourage improvements, people development, building a strong partnership with the client, focused in issue resolution and upgrading workflows to achieve the client necessities. Is a professional in charge to guiding, monitoring and leading an entire group, motivate their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them and work together toward achieving goals. As a team leader you will be the contact point of all team members, so, your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Responsibilities of the job
  • Supervise the payment process and ensure results;
