Purpose of the Job:
We are looking for a
Shopper & Customer Marketing Coordinator to be part of this amazing fast-growing Fintech.
Together with Brand, Sales, and other functional groups within the organization, you will be responsible for contributing with the Strategy and ensure flawless execution for two relevant channels; Resellers and Clip Empresas.
S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics and financial metrics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities.
Education Level & Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related.
5+ years working in a similar position.

5+ years working with Traditional Trade and Wholesalers. Having experience on B2B would be a plus.
- 5+ years of experience working in crossdepartmental teams or structures.
- Business experience required in Marketing, Sales, Project Management
- Shopper insights knowledge is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of success in marketing and/or sales roles.
- Demonstrable experience managing several projects at a time, seizing opportunities in the market within the Trade by channel, as well as managing several suppliers in alignment with the procurement team.
Key Responsibilities
- In alignment with Marketing and the Sales teams, contribute with the Annual Business Plan creation, as well as flawlessly execute the plans defined by channel.
- Effectively align and communicate the pans with each channel.
- Identify new opportunities and generate Business Cases to be able to implement and increase the channel's performance.
- Pre and post execution analysis (ROI)
- Develop and execute POP and Display materials by channel, as well as implement visibility in venues with a sponsorship, in alignment with the Brand's guidelines, and the sales and marketing teams, as it applies.
- Align, coordinate and execute the Expos and Fairs for Resellers, Clip Empresas and Retail.
- Work jointly with the Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams.
- Manage a portfolio of several suppliers, in alignment with the procurement team.
- Manage the annual Budget for the channels, following the Company's processes and procedures accordingly.
- Contribute with all required reports, presentations and business cases.
Technical knowledge
- Strong financial, analytical abilities, capable of decision making.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills:
Power Point, Excel and Word.
- Confident, proactive and highly organized.
- Ability to effectively define, implement and measure projects under low supervision and achieve team goals.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines and solve problems.
- Strong ability to communicate, excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
