Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity:Lead the activities related to the purchase of material, material planning, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell. You will develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems. You will manage the Material Management Function to meet the customers needs in terms of delivery, inventory, cost and quality. You will be accountable for building up the functional excellence to support business objectives. You will lead project teams within the business.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams optimize Material management procedures
• Improve Operating System Maturity
• Health, Safety and Environment compliance
• Measure supplier capability and capacity
• Engage in new production introduction(NPI) activities
• Monitor freight cost
• Annual cost and Inventory reduction
• Develop talent resource planning
  YOU MUST HAVE:
• Bachelors degree
• Experience on Logistics and Inventory Control
• 6+ years of experience
• Advanced English
• Knowledge on OEA, CTPAT
• Knowledge import/Export trade compliance
  WE VALUE:
• APICS Certification
• Some experience in managerial role
• Some experience in project management
• Knowledge in Lean practice
• Ability to motivate team members and drive results
• Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/coaching others
• Mentor junior members or peers
• In depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP Systems
• In depth experience in Materials management
