    Customer Service Representative Vacancy at IMMSA in Mexico

    We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to overcome objections and find solutions.
    • Achieve collection goals by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely payments.
    • Engage in win-win negotiations with customers regarding overdue account payments.
    • Offer general billing support to clarify doubts, orders, and complaints related to overdue payments or fees.
    • Listen attentively, respond promptly, and resolve issues consistently throughout each call shift.

    Requirements:

    • Possess advanced conversational English skills to communicate seamlessly with U.S. customers.
    • Hold experience with personal computers, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
    • Demonstrate prior experience in customer care roles.

    Work Details:

    Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Middle-level experience desired.

    Department and Industry:

    • Customer Service Department.
    • Copper and Aluminum Industry.

    Skills:

    • Advanced English language proficiency.
    • Intermediate Excel skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
    • ERP system management skills.
