- Analizar los riesgos en el trabajo y cumplir las reglas de seguridad e higiene, y reglamento interior de trabajo para mantener su integridad física.
- Ejecutar con eficiencia las órdenes de trabajo de:
- Mantenimiento correctivo
- Mantenimiento preventivo
- Mantenimiento predictivo " inspecciones "en toda la maquinaria, equipo, instalaciones, edificio de toda la planta para asegurar la continuidad de las operaciones productivas de la compañía.
- Mantener el orden y la limpieza bajo el estándar de 5 S's en talleres de mantenimiento, equipo maquinaria y cualquier área en donde se realicen trabajos de mantenimiento para facilitar las actividades del área.
- Documentar y redactar en el sistema de administración de mantenimiento con claridad y veracidad los trabajos de mantenimiento ejecutados (Tiempo de paro, refacciones utilizadas, descripción ordenada clara y detallada de las actividades realizadas en cada intervención de mantenimiento) para que nos permita obtener información confiable para un mejor análisis
