- Supports the definition, implementation and optimization of processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility.
- Recommends new practices, processes, or policies to improve overall real estate services.
- Assists in the implementation of special programs, in their area of functional specialty.
- Provides project support for special initiatives.
- Uses and updates relevant systems, in support of functional processes and procedures.
- Recommends changes to system functionality and supports systems implementation/upgrade in their area of functional responsibility.
- Work with the relevant stakeholders to develop sustainability opportunities to support ABB's 2030 sustainability goals.
- Support or supervise real estate investments in ABB owned or leased facilities and ensures such investments are submitted for formal approval and in line with ABB governance procedures.
- Bachelor ́s Degree completed in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in project management for facilities.
- Experience in CMMS.
- Previous management experience.
- Experience in civil, electrical, and architectural works is a plus.
- AutoCAD and SAP knowledge is a plus
- Fluent English level.
