Provide HR support for the [insert business group or function] while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services.

You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive organizational effectiveness
Ensure HR policies compliance across the site
Lead change
Manage talent
Partner with staffing and Talent Acquisition to bring the best talent to the organization
Build relationships and broker services
Act as a coach and confidant
Drive local HR strategies
Lead employees development

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's Degree
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing environments experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Project Management
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
Talent management experience
Experience supporting local and foreign hiring managers
Direct communication with employees
Change management
Individuals who are able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
