- Responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de las Políticas de Seguridad, Calidad e Inocuidad en los almacenes, proporcionando entrenamiento, seguimiento y disciplina progresiva.
- Mantener los inventarios en un nivel confiable en el sistema AS 400 para consulta y operación de la compañía. (Confiabilidad de inventario)
- Responsable de la administración y desarrollo del personal a cargo en el almacén.
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería industrial, Ingeniería en alimentos o afín.
- 3 años de experiencia como Supervisor de almacenes, con experiencia en planeación de materiales o producción, preferentemente en industria de alimentos
- Experiencia en manejo de personal sindicalizado
- Experiencia indispensable en SAP
- Excel intermedio, manejo de FIFOS y conteos cíclicos.
- Enfoque a resultados, liderazgo situacional y un enfoque servicio a clientes externos e internos.
