- Impact customer product expansion results for the German Market by creating qualified upsell opportunities and improving conversion to won.
- Strengthen our clients' sense of belonging to Factorial in a market where our brand is not well recognized.
- Effectively communicate client stories through success stories in various formats or creative collaborations.
- Plan and organize customer marketing campaigns for the German market, adapting global strategies and proposing market-specific initiatives to boost results.
- Research and collect customer data, including interviews, to better understand our target audience in the German Market.
- Maintain excellent communication with other market-based teams, including Account Managers, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation.
- Actively participate in proposing opportunities for the team and constructing our roadmap.
- Be an all-round marketing specialist open to leading various initiatives and channels, such as webinars, email marketing, brand campaigns, and events.
- Define email marketing strategies and create content in email marketing tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Independently plan campaigns end-to-end, defining KPIs and measuring results.
- Be happy to roll up your sleeves and enjoy day-to-day responsibilities, getting hands dirty with smaller tasks to make things happen.
- Be enthusiastic about coming up with new ideas and participating in actions that achieve a "woah" effect with customers.
- Be good at teamwork, assertive, and willing to speak your mind – cross-team collaboration is essential.
- Be a great communicator, mastering content in different formats without losing sight of conversion goals.
- Have proven experience with emailing, analytics, or CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken) is required.

This role requires a mid-senior profile with experience in B2B SaaS realm.
The ideal candidate will be able to define and execute strategies across multiple channels, own business impact of our customer portfolio in their market, and drive qualified upsell opportunities and conversion to won results.
