Salary R47,300 net plus 3% commision on all sales
Responsibilities:1. Responsible for controlling and overseeing the complete business operations, people, ventures, production & marketing2. Presents strategies for growth of the company, business plans for future,4.
Overall duties:
a. Act within their powersb. Promote the success of the companyc. Exercise independent judgmentd. Exercise reasonable care, skill and diligencee. Avoid conflicts of interestf. Not accept benefits from third parties5. He/she will be responsible for the overall success of the business6. Supporting staff will be provided who will all be responsible for reporting to the GM. The GM reports to the MD.
Making sure that duties are being executed effectively by every supporting staff and team is the responsibility of the GM.
