Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Possesses training and coaching skills

Analyzes business processes related to project development

Enhances project development risk and opportunity management methods and tools

Develops project management competencies through coaching and the creation of training programs

Demonstrates practical knowledge in Project Management, including methods, tools, and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2 years of practical experience as a Project Manager, ideally leading at least one full D&D project
:

-
Experience in the automotive or a similar industry, with a focus on D&D (Design and Development)
:

-
Theoretical (certified) knowledge in Project Management methodologies such as PMI, GPM, Prince II, SAFe, and Scrum
:

-
Practical experience as a PMO officer, within a continuous improvement department, or in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years
:

-
Familiarity with the OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) framework
:

-
English Advanced.

YOUR TASKS:


Train and coach on project management know-how and tools, including:


Scheduling

Risk Management

Resource Management

Project Finances Management

Engineering Change Management

Agile Methods

Conduct process analysis and elaborate on process improvements.

Facilitate workshops on moderate risk and opportunity management and scheduling.

Assess the feasibility of project schedules.

Develop and implement OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) within the organization.
