Responsibilities
- Maintain various facility systems water utilities lighting HVAC A/V network etc.
- Manage contracted services janitorial security reception pest control facility maintenance etc ensure safety people premises property.
- Evaluate present future needs care facility paint flooring furniture general maintenance upkeep administration execution construction projects.
