You as an Employee Relations Manager will be responsible of:

  • Responsible for conferring advice and counsel, interpretation, direction, clarification, and guidance on a full range of Human Resources (HR) policies, practices, programs and issues, along with labor agreement interpretation.
  • Primary contact to investigate and resolve HR inquiries directed from various business unit clients, union representatives and HR partners (e.g. Sr. HR Specialists, HR Generalists, Legal, Labor Relations, etc.).
  • Analyze and confer expertise relating to HR inquiries. Responsible for Tier 1 support, providing initial investigative guidance.
  • Position manages small to medium projects. Recommends direction and confers expertise to a variety of business unit clients on HR issues, policies and practices and nonmanagement collective Bargaining agreements.
  • Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Primary liaison for employees in resolving HR issues.
  • This job key may also be used for the Regional Performance Manager positions supporting Mobility Retail. Counsels' managers on employeerelated matters to ensure consistency across business units.

Requirements:


  • Advanced English Skills (Written and Oral)

  • Strategic HR, Negotiation.
  • Education: Preferred Bachelor of Science or related.
Experience: 3 -5 or more years of experience in related areas of responsibility.
