    We are looking for a maintenance coordinator join our Maintenance team. Based in Tetla – Mexico.

    Main responsibilities:

  • Work daily to achieve the challenges and targets in terms of Safety, Environment, Quality, Production, Costs and Maintenance.
  • Development of activities based on the regulations of safety and environmental policies, quality, purchasing and compliance; and the awareness and impact that these have on the company's process.
  • Development and continuous improvement of the preventive maintenance plan to guarantee the reliability of equipment and services.
  • Develop the technical and leadership skills of the maintenance team to strengthen a culture of preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Control and reduce corrective maintenance downtime based on root cause analysis and solution tools.
  • Guarantee that the department's tasks are executed in a safe and controlled manner through daily work to strengthen the safety culture.
  • Guarantee a clean and orderly work area, aligned with the 6'S program established in the company.
  • Proactive and responsible participation in continuous improvement programs, execution of engineering, production, and quality projects.
  • Who are we looking for?

    The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in the area.
  • Language: Intermediate/advanced English
  • Office (Word, Excel, Power Point): advanced (required)
  • TPM/ RCM/ Lean Manufacturing Methodology, etc.
  • Technical knowledge: industrial mechanics and electricity, industrial pneumatics and hydraulics. Automation systems (PLC's, Drives, Motion Control, closed loops, etc.). Instrumentation and metrology. DC and AC electric motors. Reading, interpretation and development of electrical and mechanical plans. Logistics and warehouse management.
