Job Location(s): Apodaca, MXDanfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Payroll Specialist who will support on the local payroll management, including data management, calculation and payout of salary and other employee related payments.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide relevant reports and information to employees and other stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

  • Employee Services: Responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service, operational excellence and the delivery of productivity over time through team efficiency, payroll accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Payroll closing procedures: Oversee employee payroll accounting, transactions and reporting activities and ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately.
  • Payroll process: Review all the payroll process: Implement governance model, KPIs, SLAs, knowledge & service management, and collaborate with continuous improvement.
  • Master Data: Provide information and clarifications of the payroll process, handle incidents and their escalation, special requests, and case management, while taking ownership for ultimate incident resolution performing rootcause analysis and problem management.
  • Legal Obligations: Control and monitor incidence consolidation process ensuring the legal compliance with all the legal authorities.
  • Accounting: To synchronize payroll system and accounting data
  • Local Benefits: Ensure that local benefits are in line with local market conditions and that this is done in close cooperation with/approval from CoE

Background & Skills:


  • Bachelor ́s Degree
  • Strong collaboration & communication skills
  • Advanced MS Excell skills
  • Fluent on English language
  • Some experience SAP HANA
  • Some experience with Accounting and end closing
  • Robust experience with different HRIS & Payroll systems
  • Robust experience with Government regulations, law & compliance (LFT, INFONAVIT, IMSS)
