We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to be in Ciudad Juarez, México.

Purpose:


  • Facilities/Maintenance technicians operates and maintains facilities equipment including, but not limited to, building controls, fire protection systems and heatingventilationand air conditioning (HVAC).
  • Facilities/Maintenance technicians are responsible for maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of utilities equipment, maintains physical structure of establishment and general electrical systems on an industrial, cGMP regulated facility.
  • Utilities equipment includes, but no limited, Chillers, Boilers, Air Handling Units, Exhaust ventilation, Dehumidifiers, Cooling Towers, Compressed Air Systems, Reheat, Fire Prevention, Emergency Power Generators, Water Treatment, UPS, Environmental Control and Employees entrance systems.
  • The Facilities/Maintenance technicians document all maintenance activities executed on the site computer maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • The Facilities/Maintenance technicians perform, as needed, maintenance service and repairs around plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other building upkeep activities. He also, Plans, coordinates, inspects, and performs maintenance and supports project management for facility related projects, including but not limited to, building remodeling construction, equipment installation, equipment divesture, safety and environmental compliance activities, mechanical systems maintenance plans, and energy management programs.

You will be responsible for:


  • Ensures facility maintenance and controlled environmental monitoring activities are complete, recorded and on schedule.
  • Participates in facilities equipment installations, as required.
  • Performs site infrastructure and building system minor equipment repairs.
  • Ensures building systems contractors follow EES requirements when working on site premises.
  • Manage and record spare parts inventory for facilities systems and equipment.
  • Follows all company safety policies and safety precautions within the work area.
  • Compliance with safety policies and procedure.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

Qualifications:


  • Generally, requires (46) years related experience.
  • Indepth experience as a technician in two or more of the following disciplines: electronics, mechanics, electromechanical, industrial. It is anticipated that incumbents achieve this level through extensive experience rather than formal education. Refrigerant (CFC) certification through Universal or equivalent. Experience, knowledge or training on Fire Systems Maintenance and Operation.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, standard operating procedures, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
  • Ability to write reports with mathematical emphasis.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels.
  • Ability read, write, and speak native language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills.
  • Problem solving.
  • Basic math skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Capable to draw and interpret statistical bar and line graphs.
  • Proficient in the use of all general shop tools and power tools.
  • Must be able to function in team environment and as independent contributor.
  • PC Literate based on manufacturing equipment (software, programming) preferred.
