Job Overview:

Provide Administrative Technical Assistance to the Senior and Production Engineers through execution projects


Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Perform Allocation Materials under Production Engineer Supervision (Fabrication/Construction)
• Integrate Work Packs/ keep them updated when needed (Drawings / Materials)
• Issue the Work Pack to Document Control
• Issue Work Pack Schedule by discipline and provide tracking under Production Engineer Supervision
• Keep updated Register reports of the production Engineers
• Issue Productivity Factor
• Daily Walkthrough to validate progress
• Issue internal daily report
• Provide statistics by discipline
• PO status (SPMAT/Oracle)
• Provide Mentoring/Coaching to the new hire personnel
  Essential Qualifications and Education:
• Undergraduate Degree
• 2 years of work experience
• Availability
• Service attitude
• Excel (Intermediate-Advanced)LI-RM1
