Job Description:

Advises and supports the executives and associates in the allocated area of responsibility in strategic and operative HR matters, mainly in labor / employment relations including the systematic approach and closely working activities with the Union representatives;
Facilitates the AS/NA strategy in area of responsibility providing human resource strategy development, deployment of key processes and consulting support to optimize human capital and impact the business by implementing appropriate HR measures

Advises business leaders on leadership behaviors and practices, employee communication, development and performance management strategies and tactics to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development

Acts as an employee champion to ensure workforce commitmentActively supports Policy Deployment

Develops and tracks appropriate metrics to assesses organizational performance systemically and ensures successful achievement of targets, at the same time that leverages benchmark data as comparison for world class performance, defining gaps and proposing HR solutions that support business objectives within Bosch policies and strategies

Advises leadership on labor relation topics

Ensures compliance with internal and legal policies/procedures

Negotiations with the union representatives and management of voluntary/involuntary termination processes, collective agreement and so on.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related

Work experience: 5 years of HR experience in the automotive Industry

Skills:

Labor Relations
Project management
Training and Skills Development
Strategies to improve leadership skills and associate retention
Recruitment, selection and administration of performance evaluation

Language:
Advanced level in English
