POSITION OBJECTIVE


Design, implement and validate process according to new product introduction and/or increase capacity based on organizational needs such as volume changes, wastes reduction, delivering a safe environment for the operational employees and assuring a process capable to meet the high quality standards of our products.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and executing the new products every model year.
Maintain routings, visual aids, work instructions, risk analysis for every model year.
Execute and record all the ISO processes related with the area.
Planning and executing efficiency and improvement projects.
Participate with the FEMA team to reach the best score for the processes.

Ensure that our line balancing and processes maximize the VA/NVA ratio while taking into consideration our workers reality, using lean manufacturing tools.

Help create a continuous improvement culture by using lean manufacturing principles and our BRPMS tools.
Follow BRP values and behaviors.
Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
Enforce Quality BRP policy.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Quality Scoreboard (PPQ report, PPM's, CPU, FMEA via Problem solving)
Ecn's Execution


Education:


  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Similar

Experience:


  • Min. 2 years experience in similar role

Language:


  • Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
  • English written and verbal (Min: 80%).
  • Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
