Oracle EBS technical Senior developer

We will count on you to:

Perform code reviews and align the solutions to architectural specifications.
Work with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other crossfunctional resources to define and deliver businessimpacting projects.
Collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of the solutions.
Support deployments or troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours and participate in an oncall rotation as needed.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and business processes.
Develop efficient methods to reuse existing components.
Strong experience in program design, coding, benchmark testing, debugging, and documentation under general supervision.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to determine business requirements.
Strong team skills to gain credibility with business users, stakeholders, and must possess the ability to work with other IT team members to ensure solid crossfunctional decisions are made by the team.
Provides support in configuration, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle.
Prepare Oracle Functional, Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for the related areas.

What you need to have:

At least 8 years of experience in IT as a software developer
Ability to speak
Spanish and English fluently.
Knowledge in Oracle Application Financial Modules
Payables, Receivables, General Ledger and iExpenses & iProcurement

Specifically,
Latam localizations:

Excellent knowledge in PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script
Experience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Workflow, WebADI.
Oracle Application Framework developments, Business Events and Bursting
Oracle Database and Performance Tuning
Ability to work on Interfaces & Extensions

SCM tools

GitHub, JIRA
Should have good experience of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
Experience in various project methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Waterfall, RUP, Scrum and Agile)
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
Good communicator & presentation skills to senior stakeholders
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency.
Expertise in other programming languages e.g. Java, Python (preferred)
Experience in Oracle 12.2 Upgrade (Not essential)
