We are looking for
Sales Support Representative to join our team.


Your responsibility:

  • Provide high quality customer service to customers, either over the phone as well as through various written channels, showing empathy and managing solutions to customer issues.
  • Processing paperwork for change of business ownership.
  • Contribute to the evolution of processes and systems to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide solutions to basic technical difficulties.
  • Understand and execute escalation processes.
  • Demonstrate a friendly and confident demeanor when communicating with customers and coworkers.
  • Perform all those functions inherent to your area of expertise.

Qualifications:


  • Effective communication: Ability to gather information in a fluent, comprehensive and clear language, either orally or in writing.
  • Commitment: Willingness to fulfill the tasks, complying with the quality and deadlines established.
  • Effectiveness: In order to manage and achieve results of multiple projects, in an adequate and timely manner.
  • Crisis management: Ability to handle situations of pressure or difficulty, without sacrificing the quality of service.
  • Adaptability to change: In order to adopt and adapt to organizational changes and initiatives, accepting and using constructive criticism.
  • Accuracy and meticulousness: In order to provide optimal attention to detail to ensure an orderly and flawless execution.
  • Ability to learn: Willingness to acquire new knowledge, in order to provide different solutions to the development of activities.
  • Process control: In order to manage work processes from start to finish, always ensuring a timely and proactive followup.
  • Knowledge in metrics and KPI's management.

Our Offer:


  • Base salary of $18,250.00 pesos per month + no cap commission
  • Food vouchers $1,500.00 per month

  • Schedule Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.30 pm
  • After a month the role will evolve into 3 days in office 2 at home.
Offices at Reforma 180, Piso 25 for an interview.
