    Summary :

    The goal of the Strategic Insights & Analysis team is to generate actionable insights to identify opportunities to accelerate the performance of The Coca-Cola Company brands in LATAM by understanding quantitatively and qualitatively the dynamics governing the marketplace.

    As a Market Insights Senior Manager, you will contribute to generate insights about the beverage Industry across all LATAM countries, providing a deep understanding of different categories, players and channels and producing strategic recommendations to the rest of the organization, working on a new network that enables the generation of insights in an orderly, timely manner, and in coordination with different areas and stakeholders of the OU.

    What You'll Do for Us :

    • Connect multiple data sources to identify and understand trends in the beverage sector. This can include agency ad-hoc research, financial reporting, syndicated data, global best-practices, continuous tracking data and reports.
    • Monitor market trends and changes in beverage category dynamics and retail channels to identify potential opportunities and risks for the TCCC portfolio in each of the LATAM market.
    • The role entails to closely collaborate with country Operations and Strategy / Insights teams, and other central functions such as human Insights, finance, commercial and marketing to create comprehensive reports that includes a broad range of recommendations for the business's strategy moving forward.
    • Participation in the long-range plan process wiring the organization connecting category ambitions with market reality to identify business opportunities.

    Qualifications & Requirements :

    • 5+ year of experience in business strategy and analysis and or Human Insights areas ideally in the consumer goods sector or in strategy consultancy firms.
    • Multi-country and multi-cultural market responsibility highly desirable
    • Analytical skills and abstract creative thinking. Need to own a holistic perspective of the organizations processes, known how they connect and interact when making decisions.
    • Excellent analytic thinking, with the ability to deal with large and varied data sets. Advanced Excel required (including macros & pivot tables, look-up functions).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with senior management in a compelling way and influence others.
    • The role requires the ability to translate insights into recommendations for both category and channel teams, utilizing knowledge and management of various internal and external information sources such a NIQ, Global Data, Kantar, among others.

    Desirable Skills

    • Research design fundamentals (sampling, statistics, hypothesis definition and evaluation).
    • Bottling partners key data sources and recurring analysis methodologies.
