We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Sales Coordinator, based in CC30, Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua (E-Systems Division).


As Sales Coordinator you will become the main contact for Automotive OEMs for current programs, manages and take full ownership for commercial activities for multiple wiring & electronic programs ensure customer satisfaction while increase profitability for Lear Corp.


Your Task will be

  • Manage Capacity Studies from OEM ensuring a timely and accurate response
  • Audit CAR Certifications for all Lear facilities
  • Perform on site trainings for all CAR Leaders withing the Esystems division.
  • Manage tooling expenses recoveries for Lear NA E-Systems facilities.
  • Manage to respond to OEM's tooling audits
  • Support NA Commercial team on quoting activities
  • Close open commercial issues in a timely manner and profitable while maintaining good relationship with Customer
  • Customer relationship improvement
  • Single point of contact for OEM customers (purchasing, program, engineering).

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (Engineering, BA or Equivalent)
  • At least 3 year of previews experience with Auto Tier
  • Fully Bilingual
Self-starter: able to work independently with little supervision, understanding of automotive industry, Managerial accounting, Customer purchasing practices, Negotation Skills, Bumpchart develop, OEE
