SERVICE DESK ANALYST

SUMMARY:

Create new network accounts and readying the system/account for new employees and deprovision accounts as needed.
Act as the primary contact for end user requests and troubleshooting, including MS Windows, Office 365, Telephones, Printers, and general support.
Install, configure, and upgrade PC Software.
Deploy/build new laptops and end user devices and prepare for use.
Assist with onboarding of new users.

Conveniently located at ECOPARK (Avenida Juan Gil Preciado 2450, Col. Los Robles, Zapopan, Jalisco)

Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm:

Once permanently hired, the following benefits are added: Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Dental Insurance, 10% Grocery Vouchers, 5% Savings Fund, Punctuality and Assistance Bonus of $500.00 pesos per month.
